Who am I?
I began my fitness journey nearly three years ago, starting from a place where I knew I needed change. Through dedication to lifting and proper nutrition, I lost over 50 pounds and built a physique I once thought was unattainable. This personal transformation gave me firsthand insight into the challenges and triumphs of achieving meaningful results.
Over the years, I’ve developed a comprehensive understanding of training and nutrition (I made the mistakes so you don’t have to!), which allows me to craft programs that are not only effective but also sustainable. My goal is to help others reach their fitness and health goals, whether it’s losing fat, building muscle, or improving overall wellness, while also fostering habits that support a long-term, healthy lifestyle. I combine practical guidance, accountability, and motivation to ensure each client has the tools and confidence to succeed.
