How do I sign up for 1:1 Coaching?

Spots for 1:1 Coaching are limited, so I only take on clients who are serious about reaching their goals. To apply, send in a short request explaining why you’d like to work with me, then complete the scheduling form on the homepage. Once I review your application, I’ll confirm your spot and we’ll set up your first session.

What is the Privacy Policy?

Your trust is important to me. Any information, photos, or progress updates you share during coaching will remain completely confidential between us. Nothing will ever be posted or shared publicly without your clear permission. If you choose to allow progress photos or testimonials to be used, it will only be done with your consent.
